I started working professionally in IT in 1996, and have seen the computer industry from every aspect ranging from Sales in a Computer & Video Editing Shop in Bradford, to maintenance and troubleshooting for a large motor trade franchise.

In 2002, I identified a gap in the IT market where small businesses were struggling to find help when their technology failed. Most computer repair companies only offered PC repairs in the shop which involved the PC's being out of of the office during the repair, which can have a large impact on a small business or people who work from home. It was based on this finding that I established The PC Fixer Ltd.

Since launching the company, I have given computer related help to over 80 companies across West Yorkshire. Due to demand by existing customers, I have also started offering a Website design, update and hosting service.

I am registered as a member of the Microsoft Partner Program, which gives me access to the latest software from Microsoft and the information I need to use it.
